You know where your vehicles are.

Go at them, whack them one by one.

It's probably fine the way it is.

It's also kind of devious to give you the option to lose all of the legacy paths at the same time, because that means stopping the production lines for those vehicles momentarily.

Which then just means that if you do it bit by bit at least your old vehicles should still be running.

Yeah, they might freak the hell out because the paths are about to be made completely redundant by you removing them and their logic is outdated.

But at least they will make an attempt at running instead of just being removed by a single guard button and stopping and having your factories brick as a result.
