Yeah.
Another reason the bug might not get fixed is because the reported bug is not even our fault.
So this is a pretty common thing where some people will say, hey, there's like, my game is crashing.
And when we check the crash logs or the stack trace, we can see it's got to do with rendering stuff.
And we say, have you updated your drivers?
They say, no, they update it.
And then it's working again.
So this is something that
happens fairly often where, yeah, people can have out-of-date drivers, incompatible hardware, like their hardware doesn't meet the minimum specifications for the game.
Conflicting software is another thing that we've come across.
When it comes to multiplayer issues, there are obviously certain things that we have done in the past to help fix multiplayer issues, but there are also some things that are like local network related, where it could be settings on your router or even like your local
Area network of like your dorm or apartment building that you're on or your ISP even like some of those things They're just simply out of our control so we can give like general troubleshooting tips But we these are not things that we can fix and we can't fix those things in the game And so sometimes a suggested feature does not fit with our game idea And so this is another thing where things suggestions can be years old that they're not being added and that's because maybe it doesn't fit with what we think
