And when it comes to VR, you need to think about it from the beginning.

It's very different.
a lot of things that work for for normal games design practices and even just art art styles or certain tricks that you use just don't work at all anymore and you have to find a completely different way to to interact with it so you have to you can't use vr as a gimmick it doesn't really work it needs to be
the whole game needs to be made with VR in mind,

If you want to have multiplayer in your game, you kind of want to have that in mind
