      Will there be VR support?

Sorry, I didn't mean to just do that.

People have asked about VR support.

That was about like, holy shit, it's going to be difficult.

    2. Snutt

      So much work.

    3. Jace

Again, it's one of those, there are more important things to do.

And it's not like a game that was built with VR in mind as well.

And when it comes to VR, you need to think about it from the beginning.

    4. Hannah

      Standard design principles don't work

    5. Jace

      on VR.

      I've

    6. Hannah

      developed from VR before.

      It's very different.

a lot of things that work for for normal games design practices and even just art art styles or certain tricks that you use just don't work at all anymore and you have to find a completely different way to to interact with it so you have to you can't use vr as a gimmick it doesn't really work it needs to be

the whole game needs to be made with VR in mind,

    7. Jace

because otherwise it just doesn't work.

I feel like it's the same principle.

If you want to have multiplayer in your game, you kind of want to have that in mind

    8. Snutt

      from the

    9. Jace

      get-go.

Otherwise it's going to be a hassle to start to force it in.

Because not only is it an interaction problem with VR, or not problem, but we don't know the best way yet

in general like how do you handle input and stuff like that but also from a technical side like you need to optimize a lot for specifically vr there's a lot of solutions you need to have yeah in order for it to work so yeah there's a lot of work um how snoot slash js how do you divide work amongst the various programmers on the team we have
