How do you decide who fills caves with stuff?

Well, it's mostly, we just see who's available and who can work in what area of the map at any point, because we have, we work with tiles, so we have, for example here, a bunch of tiles, and each tile will have to be essentially

You can possess, only one person can possess the tile at any one point.

So we have to really coordinate who works where at any point.

So right now I have the tiles for the rocky desert, which says that I will, if there is anything to do in that area, I will be the one to do it.

And we can switch around tiles when we need to and give them to other people when something else needs to be built.
