stop rendering factories on distance for people that have lower spec computers

don't really care about it.

But it's an opt-in, so you don't have to use it.

So that's one of the things I also have been working on.

So they just straight up disappear, and that's pretty much it.

Which is better for the computer to deal with, obviously.
