There are several system overhauls and performance improvements we are currently working on continuously, along with everything else that's going on.

For the most part, these are released alongside the regular updates of the game, but occasionally we made standalone patches where we wanted to test something with them or we wanted your feedback on something.

But yeah, for the most part, every update we release contain a number of fixes for performance and multiplayer anyways, so they tend to go into those.

And lastly, we're also working on dedicated server support.
