So if when I do play multiplayer I tend to just like run away and do my own thing and then hook up to like a main base or something that's that's what I do at least.

Is it possible to have more than four players in multiplayer mode?

Officially, no, but technically, yes.

So the game officially supports up to four players because that's sort of how we've optimized the game for in terms of like networking and stuff like that.

But there is a way, okay?

And it's not super tricky.

So if you Google like how to access more players in Satisfactory or like how to have more than four players in Satisfactory,

There's a config file in the install structure where we just like hard set a value like how many people can join a session.

You can set that to whatever you want and that way you can have as many people on the save as you want essentially but you do so on your own risk because we don't officially support more than four but you can totally do it if you want to.
