For heavy modular frames, the biggest change is probably a rework to make them require nice, you know, even numbers.

So this has been done by increasing the amount of steel pipes and screws needed, but also relaxing the materials needed to make encased industrial beams by quite a bit actually.

So encased industrial beams will now require much more concrete than steel beams, which relaxes the need for steel, while limestone is available in abundance.

The goal with the changes to both encased industrial beams and heavy modular frames is that the recipes simply synergize like a lot more now.
