We don't have any.

We have in fact fixed.

We had egregious desync.

We're having inner retrospectives and we are having talks with our leads.

In our case, as in community's case, we have talks with the producers.

And we talk about what we feel has been great for the year and what has been less great for the year.

And in my case, just pure like work, work, like quality of work wise.

I think where I have failed the most in terms of talking to the community and being open to the community, which is my main job here, is being knowledgeable and delivering on dedicated server or multiplayer in general news.
