The first one being, what does come out first between 1.1 or the game on consoles?

We have said in the past that consoles will be hitting first.

That is no longer true, because we have also said since then that consoles will indeed be delayed till later down the line this year, which has shifted the timeline so that 1.1 may now be releasing before consoles instead.

When the game eventually does hit consoles, we intend for it to release up to date with 1.1, and for PC and consoles to receive updates at the same time as we go on from there.
