So you'll start with some reasonable items that make sense given the tier.

The next setting is Set Game Phase, and this just allows you to set the space elevator project assembly phase manually, just sort of whenever you want, so you can just advance that as you wish.

I think you can only advance it in one direction, I don't think you can regress it back to a previous version, but that's a setting that you can play around with now.

And this is available in-game and also, I think, available when you're creating a new AGS save.
