Can we get more options for fluid slash gas flow management, specifically for priority inputs and directional flow management?
Depends on the extent of it.
We are very fast approaching just logistics of how fluids and gases work in general with that question, and it's been said time and time again, people, yes, we understand that people take issue with how fluids work because they can seem inconsistent, they can seem buggy, we have acknowledged that they may in fact be buggy, they largely work as intended, the fluctuations you see, the behavior you see within the pipes,
and the flushing is working as intended.
There absolutely may be issues nestled within this working state that we are looking at, especially since an upsurge of feedback post 1.0.
Excuse me.
But by and large, do not expect the sheer logistics of fluids to change, and by that our gases as well, and by that I mean don't expect these to just be another skin of nodes on another skin of conveyor belts.
The point of having pipes and fluids come after
the base base game, so I think it was in update 3 I wanna say, the pipes were introduced, was that fluids were going to follow a different logistic system altogether and behave differently and having them be just a carbon copy of what conveyor belts and nodes and items are is just not something that devs are interested
in.

Works broken as intended.
Could not have said it better myself.
