Is there going to be any third person toggle and or customization for our character planned?

The third person toggle is something that, you know, we kind of have that support.

We used to have that support.

We kind of have it in the vehicles, right?

However,

It actually causes a lot of issues, like design issues, if you have third person.

And that will require time and resources to solve.

And right now we don't feel we want to allocate time to solving third person design issues right now.

And maybe technical ones if they're out there as well.
