Okay, so I kind of talked about this before, you know, with the whole suggestion of like the daytime so that you can see at nighttime.
Yeah, and so I'm pretty sure we're gonna have lights.
The issue with lights is that they are hard to make.
And it sounds like that's weird because, you know, you could jump into Unreal Engine
Drag a dynamic light into the world and you're like, but I made a light.
Yeah, we can put a light in the game.
The issue is performance.
And when people can build lights wherever they want, however many they want, this is something that is going to tank the game quite quickly.
So we need to find some nice way to figure it out.
Like another example is the gloss foundations and walls that we have now.
That is hard too.
Drawing transparent things is expensive performance wise.
But we found a good solution for it and now we can have it.
So we have to do something similar with the lights.
Find some sort of good workaround to make sure it won't destroy the game.
