this is a question I want to answer.

The next console generation.

So as you may or may not know, we don't have any console plans right now.

It would be cool to have it in the future.

All our games almost have been released on console.

Maybe it'll be harder for Satisfactory.

I don't know.

But we have had console in mind when we've been making the game.

At some point, we did have some form of gamepad support, right?

So yeah, it'd be cool in the future sometime.

The

tricky thing with the gamepad support is, as we were working on the games, things just kept changing, button mappings changed, features were added and removed.

And so it just kept breaking, and we'd have to just go through and redo it over and over and over again.

And so there's a lot of things that we've just ditched for the sake of speeding up development of the game.

And that's kind of just one of them, because we're early access.

Now, that may be added a little later when the changes will be less.

drastic and less often.

And that's probably something that's going to come later as well.

But the thing I wanted to say was that now that PlayStation 5 and Xbox... What's the name of it again?

I can't remember.

The new Xbox thing.

it like Xbox One X?

Yeah, I know one-way name, but I don't remember if that's the internal, the one that we got, or the official one, and I'm like, NDA, blah, blah, blah.

So yeah, if Satisfactory does come out on console, it will probably be on the next-gen generation of consoles, not PS4 and not Xbox One.

I think that's the only thing we can say at this point.

Because it won't be for a while.
