What am I doing?

You may have noticed that the patterns on the foundation here is black, right?

So how do you change the color on the patterns?

Well, funny you should ask because it kind of leads us into the last group in the customizer, which is colors.

Colors are something that exists in the game before, but they've been kind of expanded and they work a little bit different now.

Okay, so tag along.

First of all, before we leave patterns fully, the way that you change the colors on the patterns is that they're tied to the foundation block, right?

So foundations have a primary and secondary color.

So when you change the color here, if I want to change the color from black to white, I can just change the secondary color on the foundation block.

And here they update automatically because they're part of a swatch.

I'll get into that a little bit.

But yeah, that's essentially it.

The secondary color on the foundation blocks are the one that's determining the color on the pattern.
