Okay, so tech EXP is an EXP right now, and 1.2's EXP branch will essentially roll on to that tech EXP.

roll on and like overtake the I guess essentially next Tuesday the current exp branch will be that tech exp plus 1.2 on top of it because that tech base was pushed for 1.2 sake and then they are both being pushed together the tech upgrades and 1.2 to live when 1.2 hits live
