Do devs look at everything on the QA site or only the top few everything literally everything?

But in terms of adding community feedback stuff on top of what we feel is internally needed ourselves We usually go but by what is the strongest in terms of up votes commented on or longevity?

We've seen this around for long enough that like yeah, it's time so bump up your stuff on the QA site
