    I think the only stronger decks than Hoenn is Alola.

    But Hoenn is... Because for everything Gen 2 is to me, both nostalgia-wise and Gen 4 quality of life-wise and content-wise, the pre-Elite 4 deck in Gen 2 might be the weakest.
