Decouple UI from input method.

Mixed controller and KBM input.

Want to use Steam inputs with controller UI.

We have KBM coming for consoles specifically.

Guessing that should mean it works for Steam Deck as well.

I can't think of an instance where I've seen anyone even play with a keyboard on a Steam Deck, so maybe.
