You can absolutely end up with pure uranium even.

How much uranium is there in the game?

Say 10, whatever.

The 10, 15 closed nodes to you just happening to be where all the uranium nodes spawn.

Pure random means that...

You have the same amount of everything on the map, they just switch places.

And yeah, if you're unlucky, everything might just tilt that way.
