fantastic all right eat salad every night that's what i do since two years and it helped my bf percentage but i don't know exactly my ratio nice yeah salad seems to be like eating even if it's just for like the mental image or the mental like sensation of getting to eat more chew for more minutes chew for like chew more stuff if it all amounts to the same energy at least that mental sensation of chewing more seems to satiate you more as well
