    sleep spell at the start of this year chat both before work started like half a week before work started and then I guess also technically half a year and then also like into the first week of being back here I could not stay asleep past 2 a.m like no matter when I went to bed I could go at 9 10 12 I would just wake up to maybe 3 a.m and I just could not go back to sleep

    No matter how I tried, like, okay.

    And I couldn't fall back asleep when I did wake up.

    I was like, well, this sucks, because for both lifting and just in general, you feel like utter shit when you don't sleep, I've realized.

    But then like it took 10 or so days and then it evolved into now I cannot physically stay awake past 10, half 11 if I push.

    And I wake up at like between 5 and 6, which is a solid 7-8 hours and I do get to wake up in the morning.

    So I'm like, cool, that works.

    Oh man, I know how that is, man.

    I honestly, if any of you chat, if any of you suffer from any sort of insomnia or sleep issues or sleep apnea, I, my heart goes out to you and myself in the bouts I have.

    I've never had it be that, like, that set in stone that I just could not stay asleep.

    Was more irregular.

    But it sucks, man.

    Like, if you have shit sleep for reasons beyond your control, my heart goes out to you.

    It is so rough.

    I'm missing my nap for this.

    Yeah, US people are up early, aren't they?

    Or I guess Swedes, if you do nap, which actually right now is a good nap time.

    Fun fact, I talked to Jace, because Jace uses a CPAP machine, and he talked to me about that, and I was like, maybe I should get one, because I snore.

    And who knows?

    It could help.

    I'm not too eager to sleep with a machine on my face for the rest of my life, but... Or chest.
