We're running out of year, we're running out of vocab.
What else do I have to say about the state of the game before we hop into specific bugs on the radar?
Yes, the Twitch command in the title right now, exclamation mark, Fixmas Comp.
If you have not noticed yet, or seen yet, or watched the latest video where we shout it out, we have a competition running on Reddit right now regarding Fixmas.
Up until the 9th of January, you can, on both console and PC, we have two separate categories for this, use Fixmas stuff, Fixmas buildables, and normal stuff.
No mods if you're on PC.
and you are tasked with building the most festive, productive and optimized factory you can and show either screenshots or a little clip of that on Reddit with a certain competition tag for that.
Essentially, you will be making Santa's Workshop, and make it as cool and funny and festive as possible, till the 9th of January.
We have prizes for the top 10 placers, both separately from the top 10 PC and top 10 consoles, so that's 20 prizes in total, with top 1 console and top 1 PC receiving a special prize each.
That's two separate special prizes each.
So if you are into showcasing your sick-ass builds, do that through Reddit for Fixmas, and you may receive something for your efforts.
And of course we'll showcase all of this probably pretty late in January, or maybe even the first stream in February.
Because we're not going to be streaming much.
If we stream in January, we'll stream
the very last week, because most of, I say most of, when we're back we're doing the usual one week of game jam.
Like we always do.
If you've been around our socials and just the coffee stain bubble before, you know that the Satisfactory team always opens the new year with a one-week game jam just to get the juices flowing coming off vacation.
So the first week of January is that, and then that's literally the one week, and then we just have one week left before February.
So that's where we would be back at the earliest, on Twitch and YouTube.
So yeah, competition.
Go check it out.
Fixmas camp, and if you are not on Twitch, let me just be a godsend and slap the link.
Bop!
Right there, for YouTube.
There you go.
Check that out.
Kibitz could easily win that.
You see, the sickest builds I've seen, in terms of just sheer scale, they don't come from any of the...
I mean, don't get me wrong, Kibitz and Eclipse and Andrew, God, and...
I hate doing this.
I hate mentioning names because now I'm gonna forget someone.
I'm gonna feel like shit tonight, but whatever.
The bigger CCs absolutely make some crazy stuff, but we also have relatively small creators or just people who don't stream or anything, just hang out on Reddit, who make the most insane things you could imagine.
So, yeah.
Don't write this competition off to the biggest names just yet.
Not at all.
I felt that sigh.
Yeah, have that as well, why don't you?
That was my ring.
Oops.

If I don't use Reddit, how can I apply for the competition otherwise?
You can't, unfortunately.
Reddit is the...
It's a question of manpower, especially over the vacations, because we don't want to, like...
come back and have to, like, sifle through all of it in a rush at the very beginning of January, especially with the Game Jam.
And also, this competition, by the way, we're getting a massive ton of help from our partners at Swipe Right, marketing company for this, who are also judging and checking out your stuff.
And we don't want either them or us to have to come back here and, like, scramble through...
scramble through like 10 different socials with your Reddit, with your Instagram, with your Discord, Facebook, Twitter, what have you.
So we do choose to consolidate all of this to one social, Reddit in this case.
And again, we don't want to rush it, even with only Reddit.
We don't want to rush this as we get back.
So we are going to keep a loose eye on this, even through the vacations and holidays.
And because we are doing it through, I mean, bluntly, unpaid time, it is just easier for us to at least know that everything we have to see, have to look at, is confined to a single space.
So that's why it is confined to Reddit only, the competition.
