And maybe not a lot of people would be expecting this next one, but our game designers use Excel a lot.

They use Excel quite a bit.

They use Excel basically to keep track of all the numbers, all the balancing.

This means like the number of creatures, where they should go, how many power slugs we have, what kinds we have, where are they, the ratios of all the resources.

Yeah, just basically all the information about the world is in like one or more massive sort of Excel spreadsheets.

And then they will make changes to the Excel spreadsheet based on metrics and feedback and the planning for what they intend to do in the future.

Our world designer also uses Excel, and this is to keep track of, for example, an asset list.

So we list all the assets we have, what the status of them are, like maybe not all of our assets are done, or maybe they're in progress, maybe they've been canceled.

So they, you know, she uses a big old document to keep track of all that stuff.

Also keeps track of not just like assets, but like progress of certain areas.

So for example, there's like an Excel spreadsheet of all of our caves and what's planned for the caves and the progress of individual caves and things like that.

Yeah, and for like biome planning and stuff.
