okay question Jace how are you doing I'm doing all right I got a bit sick over the weekend unfortunately but, I'm doing okay I'm doing okay when will Heller fresh arrive so last week Heller fresh arrived at like 9 00 pm and this week they arrived like three hours ago so yeah I thought you retired yeah so I still get a lot of people saying like hey wait you're still here you're still here, so, there's a video about that that I put on the coffee Channel and if you watch the video you will know, what I'm about to tell you anyway but I did try and make sure that all the information I, was included there so here's the video If you haven't seen it this is the video where I talk about me leaving okay, but, the the deal is that I'm I'm officially over, done on the 11th of July so I'm doing this stream here today stream next week and then twitchcon and then that's it but I'm not I'm not really doing any anything else I'm basically on vacation besides those dates and then my my employment is, and then I'm done I'm done so at that point, yeah, what company are you moving to after coffee stand I'm not moving to a company I'm doing my own thing, last stream with Jace alone yeah I guess so because next next week we'll be with snut and, hopefully we can make that kind of fun and do some yeah because all the other streams aren't fun no but like, I have some ideas of some you know just some different stuff we can do that might just be cozy or fun or whatever can you go over all the things that you've done personally in the game like Arachnophobia mode this is really hard to do because a lot of people have like, have worked on many many many different areas, because the way that like work would how things would work out like back when I was a programmers you kind of just get your ticket or there's like a bunch of tasks and you can choose whichever ones are interesting to you but also you just get tickets or tasks assigned to you and you just kind of have to do it right and so like I've done all sorts of little things like I've poked and prodded at all sorts of areas in the game like, I did some chainsaw foliage removal stuff I did some ladder stuff but I did make Arachnophobia mode, myself and then other people got involved to add the the effects and the the cat faces, ladders is something that has been I think reworked, since I did stuff on it so the version of the ladders that are in the game now is not I mean there might be some of my code in those letters but I know that they've been touched up, also I did a lot of the vehicles, and they're tuning, I know that there's like some Physics issues with vehicles, in the past those- I just used the physics engine that that came with satisfactory but I did a lot of, stuff tuning the vehicles to make them feel good and have sort of personality and character and feel good when driving around the world, and and also just implementing them in general and then just vehicle some vehicle related functionality like when you get in and out of the vehicle and when you get out where it should place you around the vehicle because sometimes you know back in the day when we would have this naive solution where when I would get out of the car I'd just get out the right side but what if there's like a wall there right now I get out on the other side of the wall right so you need to figure out like well where can we place you when you get out of the car and I did stuff like that as well, yeah so those are some things that I that I worked on there's like some buildings that I implemented that weren't, that weren't weren't, shipped so like there's some stuff that I did that didn't make it maybe because because it wasn't good enough now, it's just common that we we do a bunch we first have a bunch of things some things make it some things don't, rework the the attachment system I have a video about that yeah just a bunch of little like odd things here and there there's Master 3D artist exactly exactly thanks Jay for everything you've done to Wrangle this chaotic Community it has been a wonderful ride and I wish you the best thank you very much and thanks to a lot of people have given like really nice comments and I just want to say thanks to everyone who've done that I really appreciate it it's nice that the work that I've done has been meaningful to a lot of you and, but just also recognize that it was a team effort right it wasn't just me like it was snoot but it also just wasn't snoot like there was other people behind us too, like the rest of the team at coffee stain, as specifically like our production team as well who've helped us like plant things and, yeah et cetera et cetera so it's it's not it wasn't just a one-person team for sure and and even with snow and I combined it wasn't it wasn't just us two so yeah, but at the same time I appreciate that folks found my work meaningful thank you did you make the passenger seat in the Explorer yes I did the Explorer did have a passenger seat

, so I didn't make the seat itself the model came with the passenger seat I added the functionality so that you could actually well the vehicles had functionality for multiple people in one vehicle, in all vehicles actually, and then but then one day I noticed that I couldn't get my my second player into the car I was like what the hell's going on I'd have to ask around they're like oh yeah we took that out I'm like oh no one told me one day it was just gone I want it back sometimes it'd just be like that in Game Dev yes exactly exactly is that this dog are hanging, its head out of the passenger window no why interesting why are you always so surprised when the community shows love and respect given all the love and respect copy saying consistently shows us- I think for me personally and maybe and maybe maybe there are people in coffee standing feel this way too because you know if you think about like us when we talk about our updates we're like oh it's just a little update it's because like a lot of people at coffee center are afraid like oh maybe this one's not as good what if this I mean we have to put these things in anyway it's just not as big as the other one if people can you know we get sort of in our own heads and overthink stuff you know I think that's just like a a little bit of a trait that we have in general, but me personally I don't know I just do my thing that's it and then and then people say nice things so I don't know I'm just trying to help people that's all I try and do and the team is just trying to make a good good game that's all they're just trying to do and then sometimes like the response we get from people is things like this game has helped me in so many ways this has been my favorite gimbal I've put thousands of hours into the game Etc et cetera et cetera, and to us we're like we just we just went to work you know and to me I'm like I just answered emails you know, so it's kind of it's interesting but I guess it just goes to show that like a lot of small Good Deeds it can mean a lot to people and it's cool that's really cool yeah imposter syndrome yeah maybe it's probably part of it yeah yeah going to miss your relationship with snoot on stream but how many applications have they had to to replace, v, I don't know because I've been on vacation for my day-to-day duties I've only just popped in for streams so I have no idea what's going on, but I'm gonna miss my relationship on streamless Note as well it's been super fun working with him, I couldn't imagine working with a a better person to go on this journey with so yeah, no this is not my last stream no, that will be next week that would be my last trip yeah we dropped the YouTube channel Let's Skate out together yeah yeah yeah maybe we can make more videos a thousand hours in a game that's even launched yeah it hasn't even launched what's next for you after you leave I'm gonna be just doing my own thing, there's like a little game I want to try and make and I'm just gonna be in my corner just doing my thing noodling around basically yeah just gonna enjoy life a little bit not that I necessarily wasn't before but just gonna do my own thing it's gonna be fun three questions what is my name what is my quest what is my favorite color blue no wait oh boomi yeah yep I got I got I got my my favorite color question wrong damn get hit by cliffhog yeah true because you are leaving are you going on vacation I'm on vacation now apart from today because I'm working right now obviously but besides this I've been on vacation leading up to, twitchcon and then I'm and then I'm done after that will juice velvet up here one last time who knows who knows
