going to be a single player option to sort of disable the online subsystem if you know you don't want anyone to be able to connect to your session and it should optimize the game a little bit if you do this, if you want to like disable online play completely for the session you can potentially you know maybe get a tiny bit more performance I don't know if you if you do create a single player session please note that you will need to sort of restart the game session if you want to switch back to online, it will no longer be seamless to connect to you it is also important to note that this doesn't mean that the game will start pausing when you open the main menu even in single player I know a lot of people really want that but yeah we still need to sort of implement handling pausing and unpausing regardless of if you're playing online and I don't think we'll have time to do that for 1.0 honestly there's also going to be an option to
