manager I used to think that game development wasn't a very important job you know all things considered, after all there are people out there saving lives in hospitals or trying to cure disease or you know trying to bring food to starving people and I'm just sitting here behind a computer like making video games but, over the years I've I've come to realize how much of an impact our game actually have had on people and I've I've had the chance to talk directly to people willing to share their stories of how, satisfactory has enriched their lives people with, disabilities where satisfactory is a chance for them to hang out with their friends and feel normal folks with chronic pain where playing the game distracts them from their illness, there are people who have been fighting addiction where the game helped ground them and lead them onto a path of improvement not trading one addiction to another but rather as a means to like help them move away from that kind of life and there are people out there who have been able to create a career living with our game and I think it's so amazing how our game created all these opportunities for people and I'm so proud for what folks in the community have accomplished, these aren't stories that you'll hear from just like reading Steam Reviews, and it truly shows that games and entertainment play a very big part in shaping our
