so this is darshan our art director who's been directing art, maybe you can just start off by just explaining what an art director is torsten what the hell what do I know, it's, well, to sum it up, with our boring people it's, keeping like keeping visuals together give keep keeping everything coherent in the game that everything fits to each to each other to, to have things look like they're part of the same game world the same game like everything like the factory has to look like it's fabricated by fixit pioneer and it's not taken from some other game it's yeah and the the alien planet somehow needs to make sense as much sense as an alien planet can make I guess and yeah like everything like tying everything visually together that's what my job is I take responsibility for that and I'm also doing a lot of other stuff doing hands-on concept art and, yeah figuring out, like project planning for what can we deliver because of course we want to deliver everything in every update and then we have to filter out it's essentially I'm crushing dreams I'm the voice of reason telling people yeah that's awesome but no, yeah I'm that kind of guy nice, but I'm also pushing crazy ideas myself and need to get, get, slowed down by other people like the producer or the game director so yeah right
