it's a known issue that hover packs range is less than max distance between power poles yes, there is some design decision behind that because I talked to mark and we were like should we extend that and mark was like yeah let's do it, and then he went into the game designer hole and like you know tested and thought about it and and did a bunch of that and then came back to me I was like it's not gonna work, for various reasons I don't know exactly what those reasons were, but apparently it wasn't an easy thing to just like just extend it, it clashed with a bunch of systems this is the way with game design you guys like even the most minor tweaks can have severe consequences to the game it's really strange and you some cases you don't see it happening until you try it it's really frustrating especially when you, when you like when you're prototyping is like a couple of months of like trying something and you realize like it just doesn't work, it's really tricky game design is really hard to like foresee issues and stuff like that so yeah
