what do you guys do on a bad day when you don't want anything but you're seeing them for a popular game like we just shut down I guess or if this is a bad day when we're working then like you can't get around it but, yeah it depends depends what a bad day is I mean I have I have a lot of bad news for a lot of different reasons though it depends what it is, but it's not- I at least I don't have a hard time like turning off so to speak, like if if I don't want to deal with this with the the internet and I just don't I'd go out and touch grass run around my dog yeah yeah I think- I think I used to the the CM aspect used to I used to struggle with it a little bit when I had bad days way back when but now I'm much more chill with it if I think I can disconnect from work now when I when I need to I've definitely had periods of time where where I think I could disconnect and but then I didn't really didn't really but yeah it's yeah it's like something that I think every CM has to, but it's also probably good for everyone honestly when you think about it like when you're dealing with social media and stuff like that you don't have to be a community manager to be terminally online sometimes terminally online is not actually a good a good state to be in, and being comfortable in other states can be can be good as well so I think it's it's useful for everyone to be capable of disconnecting from social media and the internet, for sometimes give me a second it's a stretch all right all right all right he's gone he's gone chat he's gone quick quick so, sorry I pull the muscle over my tailbone yesterday and my God it's so painful it's like the worst pain I've had in a while you're but my butt bone essentially yeah it's so annoying because like, it's so hard to find threat good stretches where I actually get the muscles that are hurt sorry vacant of War you sprained your ass in your ass exactly exactly yeah well I think that is redeems reduce I think caucus is, is that how I pronounced that because I think it's size is it coccyx or something I think it's size no I'm not sure no no it's like Greek so it's not pronounced the way you think it is, but, I think that's like a bit more I think that's worse than what I got I think I just pulled the muscle, and I'm a wimp still six, a funny word though it is pronounced okay cool good to know
