can we get Satisfactory VR no god no I mean it's cool I understand it's cool to walk around the world and the factory in VR absolutely not but I feel like actually having to play the game in VR is a can of worms, and I'm a firm believer in if you make something that's VR you have to build it for VR from the start or it's going to be pretty terrible I have played a lot of pretty terrible VR games, and all of those are like they treat VR like a gimmick and the moment you do that it goes wrong so many classic design principles do not carry over from normal game development to VR development so we'd have to fundamentally change the game to make that any good and be able to also ask for money for that abomination oh it would yeah like VR is a it's VR is a very limiting platform I think what we want to get from VR is not what we can actually get from VR unfortunately and it I know it breaks our hearts every time it's it's and yeah no, some people may know actually with photo mode in EXP right now or from videos or whatever, but when I see work being done internally in like directly in Unreal from a 3D or sorry a third person perspective, where you see the pioneer actually standing right next to buildables even conveyor belts you tiny you don't realize how tiny she is these buildings and these buildables and these belts they're massive and I'm just having like a little fun time wondering if you VR this game like how messed up would your perception be of the world truly like this is something okay this is something that like you you probably also really only see in co-op right that skill difference but I think I was like I was placing some some like dead trees in one of the the levels and I was like you know I decide the sizes or the range of sizes that they're placed at and I was just you know placing them willy-nilly and then I pull in a pioneer like model to sort of check the size against and I'm like there's no way there's no way that the Pioneer is that small and it's like you keep forgetting like everything is huge here mhm walking ginormous which kind of makes sense like conveyor belts would be pretty chunky in real life too so yeah everything is way bigger than it seems there's some weird It's It's kind of a weird thing with our perception how that goes with pioneers you are actually shorter than a splitter by the way just throw throwing that out there for your information that's true by the way yeah
