putting it out there you might be wondering why did we decide to do this change is it a lot of work why did we decide to do that and the answer is because we're masochists all right we're game developers all right we hate ourselves, no but the real reason is that like, this is future proofing we believe we think it's necessary at some point to do it and so we might as well just do it now if we don't do it now we have to do it later but if we do it now then we can get it over and done with and iron things out with you guys in the meantime okay so it's probably better to just do it now there's other features that are you know super worth it like the chaos physics system, Lumen, we think there's going to be long-term performance gains also the world petitioning system is just such a massive gain like why wouldn't we want that right that was a huge deciding factor you might be wondering how long
