Aegis is going to be the ability to set the starting tier now this setting is a bit special unlike the other ones where this one can only be done when creating a new game you can't actually do this one in-game and basically it just gives you the ability to set what tier you want to start at and then you'll get some free items which will be provided that should sort of like match the selected tier that you've selected when you start so you'll start with some reasonable items that that makes sense given the tier the next setting is set
