, there's two-part question so how many developers are cof stain and what advice would you give to a solo developer starting game development so we are roughly 30ish developers this number varies a lot goes up and down a bit, we've been between like 25 and 30 for a long time and we try to stay around that number because, it's It's tricky to manage a bigger studio and it kind of changes how you like how we work together and and whatnot but I think I think we're around 30ish developers, as to like what advice would you give a solo developer starting game development- I don't know what like I know what advice I would have given like five years ago but now I'm not so sure anymore I would say, like, make sure to figure out what is unique about your game I think it's the biggest important thing like why your game why would anyone want to play your game and that's that's really hard give up no I don't know- I feel like as because I worked in the game industry for 10 years now and I'm like compared to a lot of people like that have been in the industry for 20 years 30 years, it's it constantly evolving and changing and, you know that's why I meant like maybe I would like 5 years ago I would have given some type of of advice and now I don't know if that advice is is viable anymore, it's very different when you're like creating something yourself and you're a solo developer versus when you're working in a team and or you're trying to get like trying to get a job as a game developer, I feel like the, one of the best advice one one of my one one advice I would give is go to what's what's the pirate software's, website, I can't remember the link, make what is it make games the develop. games, has a lot of resources, I think it's this one right this this website has so many like resources, and this is a good starting point I would say, but I think at the end of the day you need to figure out what you need to do to make a game, and if you can't figure that out then you can't make a game I guess, so yeah make games I guess
