you ready snoot, no- I think I'm missing it so this scene this scene was like we really need a good well I was thinking we really need like a good play on the Clones right like we need like a classic YouTube you know YouTuber doing clone stuff, scene and that's what this was supposed to be page from the scripts oh, did the lizard doggo eat it I don't know but, yeah I don't remember my line did you do you have a copy of the script no I don't but it's just the conveyor belt part yeah yeah but like I want to get the exact wording right it doesn't matter just wing it man it doesn't no it's no big deal no big deal dude I poured blood and sweat into every single word in the script all right to create that Maximum Impact for audience because they deserve it all right I'm just gonna I'm not just foreign convey belts are gooder that impact on gooder though very good yeah yeah, I don't know if you guys know how to make like there's it's quite easy to do this effects like when when you're cloning someone on screen it's essentially just masking you you you take like you film one person doing like the the thing and then you film the same thing on a different part of the screen doing the thing and then in in the editor you just like remove the parts where it's empty space and then like overlay them yeah, which but there are a couple of places where like it's hard to do that for instance if you're ever handing something off to another person, that [ __ ] is CR is like crazy how to do it sometimes there are other things which are like, eye contact which are really hard to nail timing is insanely hard to nail so like yeah I don't know- I it's it's it's kind of obvious how this was made right it's not really that advanced but to actually get it to work as good as it did is Act was actually very hard and we had to like problem solve quite a bit in the moment and we can we can probably show that a little later when we look at Premiere but, yeah yeah so so the only thing- I wish we would have nailed like this shot was really hard to get by the way, the only thing I wish would have gotten to was having so you see Jace leave and enter the frame at the same time so you still yeah that was the only thing missing but yeah other than that I think this is a pretty good yeah that was that was my intention and hope as well but yeah we didn't we didn't quite know yeah it's it's also hard because like we couldn't really like, what's the word because the the thing that was really stressful about this shot is once we've filmed it we didn't know if we got it or not yeah yeah I've got some markers where we can show that later as well but like I'm I'm kind of curious like hmm how do you guys think we obviously obviously we filmed one one thing first and the other thing second does anyone have any ideas of how we got the timing this is my attempt at, chat engagement no but I'm curious though I'm curious if anyone just off the top of your heads can can think of any way that we ran around the corner there wasn't enough time for that so I guess we could have done that it is it is two different shots I think he left, yeah to the script and and that tap on his shoulder there is supposed to be it's supposed to show that yeah this isn't this is not the this Jace has not been there that entire like you know what I mean yeah like these two people are together but the Jace before wasn't there yeah so if you go back to when I'm talking to you like I'm actually talking to Jace here I'm I'm just talking to no one yeah there's no one here yeah and when I was acting this there was like no snoot yeah did you play the first at the same time so snoot yeah kinda pretty close shot the Jace left alone time it and then shoot the Clone together okay so so we did we did this Jace first and then time the other bits together so if that was the case how would snoot time his lines to clone Jace to this Jace right like that's the hard part very carefully yeah with great skill and precision guessing the first Jace was shot separately understand and cut out the standing still with snow and move Jace the other way which Jason the Jace clone or the old Jace clone I mean to every clone they feel like they're the real one until they get eaten by another clone yeah and we got shot yeah it's magic but yeah we'll show you guys a bit later how we figured it out because we also run into we also there's like, outtakes of like where we realize wait the the plan that we had isn't going to work and we had to like find out another solution so we'll see that later
