Uh, does anyone know if modding 1.1 has been figured out yet? Well, if it hasn't, then again, in two weeks it should be business as usual. Business as usual cuz live. Can coffee stain studios work more closely with the satisfactory modders dev to make the mod launcher so that modding can between versions can be more smooth? Um, it would be nice. I am going to realistically say no because priorities on most ends especially developers ends who would be the ones to actually talk about mod launching or mod launchers. Um like that's dev power going away from stuff we need to prioritize over that not impossible and we also do want to explore like a mod launcher in the future ourselves. No promises on that either but, unlikely. We wish we could. Timewise unlikely. Is there help for the mod devs? Cuz all mods are broken for 1.1. When 1.1 hits live is when you will have mods being able to, eventually mod the mod their mods, restore their mods back to proper shape. I don't think mods are ever like, functional for experimental. This again, reminder for anyone, this has actually been my personal first rodeo with a new update on exp cuz I joined after up I joined literally the day before update 8 hit live. Uh I joined coffee stain and 1.0 we are not allowed to talk about how testing of 1.0 was conducted and then 1.1. So 1.1 is my first ever audio with, you know yeah again full-on updates being on exp. And I'm not entirely sure what the like state of mods on the XP usually is, but for this one, yeah, they were gigawon or just straight up broken. Um, but I'm I'm under the impression that that's always the case with the XP and that mods are just like around again for live like it's nobody's business. 20. Will there ever be a stable stable API for mods so they don't break and need updating to work with new versions? Uh, no. No. Mods will never work day one. Like mo mods will never work this first second of a new update. API will always go wonky. Always stable API when the game adds horses. Horses, huh? What would you want, chat? New vehicles or horses? I'm kind of I could I could see horses happening.
