are you oh this is an interesting question are you guys okay with people making satisfactory experience in the new fortnite editor because Activision is dmca striking people for this, good question not something we have actually discussed internally, I don't like generally we're pretty okay with you know if people create stuff or shits and giggles I saw somebody actually did do something satisfactory related in the fortnite editor, where they created like refiners and stuff like that, generally we're quite okay so long as it's not like, you know people making money out of our IP kind of deal because I think I think for the most part you know, and I guess this is a another discussion for for mods as well where like what if what if someone's making a mod for satisfactory and they're making money out of that shouldn't technically like technically they're making money out of your IP right and it's like technically yes that's correct technically technically they're not you know we could go after them whatever but I don't think we I don't think we care in those cases I think I think it's a case-by-case kind of thing right, generally we're we're kind of okay with people doing you know fun stuff and and you know if somebody wants to make a satisfactory Fortnight thing of a jig like okay cool go for it, so it's hard to say but like if there's any if anyone's out there making something specific and they're like they're they're scared of making something just because they're like oh what if what if I get sued or whatever just DM me or Jace or whatever and ask like explain what you're doing and ask us if you're uncertain and then we can be like I don't know essentially, yeah exactly technically a company could go after like 80 of YouTube monetized channels doesn't mean yeah doesn't mean that it makes sense so so like and also you know all the stuff around that like it's it's in a case-by-case we have definitely gone after a couple of, like cases where they definitely violated our IP rights, but it's like when when it's like people making goofy stuff like we're- I want to believe that we're quite aware when people are like what people's intent are right, the people the only times we've actually actively gone after people are when they actually have like a malicious intent in mind or like you know stuff like that or it's an obvious scam you know like that kind of that kind of stuff so so, but if you're uncertain and you want to make cool stuff or like in the case we asked to hear if somebody wanted to make like a satisfactory mod in Minecraft just ask us and and and and reach out to us we're we're quite open about that stuff, so yeah but it is rips you better watch yourself foreign
