for dedicated servers are blueprint files still server side in 1.0 so 1.0 yes they will be serers side I think I mentioned in that video that the plan is to not have that be the case, eventually in the future hopefully we're not sure if we can if if like we can do that because of the way the system works now and it might be too much work but I think we wanted to make it more easy, more easy to be able to access the the blueprint stuff on dedicated servers
