all right, first question did you have a good winter vacation did you have a good one Mel I did and don't say next question because I want to say I want to share yet again that, I spent a few days of mine up in the mountains in Norway oh yeah and, honestly like yeah I'm sure you've all heard like most of you in chat have heard that like nature is supposed to soothe and heal again I said this last week but just again to reprise, I'm not really- I like I like nature especially hiking mountains, but I'm not out like outside of town or like the cities too often and man- I forget like I forget how true that is just getting far away and just spending a few days completely away is actually such a thing to do for yourself it is it nature heals man it it does it's really cool especially Norway has amazing scenery by the way as well so like if anyone is into hiking and like that you have to go to, Norway at some point specifically like the, the thin part of Norway whatever you want to call like the yeah like, R mentions L then it's a pretty dope place, they have like proper Fs in Norway which we only have in like a couple places in Sweden but it's really North up so like it's better go to Norway, it's it's dope it's one of the places if you ever go hiking you want to go and you don't have to go during winter like you can go during summer it's still amazing doesn't matter what time of the year you go if you, I was sick during the holidays oh yeah see I didn't do anything you were actually yeah I was sick and I had a dog, that was very active I have a dog that's very active and, that was those two are the worst combinations when you have a really you know dog that needs physical exercise every day suddenly she doesn't get it so she was D she was going insane I was going insane because she was the thing, and, I had a fever and, yeah good times were had by all that's for sure so yeah
