was it intentional design to have the recommended starting location be what's considered the worst, with no in in consideration node Purity so, we I can talk about this forever, because it actually is a quite complex subject, and something we've gone back and forth a lot, discussing internally as well but like here's the thing when it comes to when we have those like recommended difficulty thingies in in the, in the like when you choose your starting area, difficulty is very different for different people and what we found when we were watching new players play the game the most difficult part of satisfactory is the space so like for people it's much more difficult to figure out like how much space you need more so than like how to optimize your factories because most new players don't actually care too much about like you know optimization and that stuff it comes like later down the line for the game, and I think, most veterans and people that play the game a lot don't really think too much of that because it becomes so second nature when you know everything when you're playing the game that like oh of course like the green, grass fields is the worst place because none of the nodes are are node, pure and like Northern Forest is is great because Northern Forest has, like the all these pure nodes and it's like such a good location because there's coal close by there's a lot of iron nodes, there's like you know, said secret the like what's the word, rare noes like sulur like pretty close by so it's a good location in terms of like what what notes you have there but it's very limited space and we found that most new players have a harder time in those like tight places rather than like in the open field so that's why we have those recommended things and like the rocky a desert is sort of in between those two and while the Dune desert does have a ton of space, Dune desert doesn't have that many nodes nearby that are easy to to find and like when you're playing the game and you don't know like how things will sort of lead into one another then having the noes spread out also makes it more difficult so like that's why we have those, like tags next to the starting areas I think I still think that those are correct even though a lot of people have argued back and forth whether or not like which area is actually the easiest ones to start with I think when you play with someone who's seasoned those starting areas are not accurate but if you play the game for the first time you're playing single player and you don't have anyone to coach or whatever then I think those are definitely accurate, why not start in swamp that's true why not stting a swamp
