Uh, it's a question for you. Me, I'm just chomping them up. Is it bulking, cutting, or maintenance for the time being? Uh, I am currently on my most successful recmp ever. Um, recmp for people who are not super into fitness being that you eat you try to eat very very very close to maintenance calories that is. Um, so eat as in you never like you don't really gain or lose weight total weight. Um I'm in a recmp right now where you eat close to maintenance and the goal is to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Hence body recomposition and, progressive overload has been successful, taking every last set of everything I do to failure. Progressive overload has been, successful while losing between.3 and.5 kg. I think that's between8 and 1 pound a week, for the past 6 weeks. So, I am super happy with where that's going right now and I'm hoping I can keep that up. What about you, Jason? You know, man, I'm just trying to make sure I actually go to the gym every day. Um or most days of the week. I haven't thought too much about actually, like technique beyond what exercises I'm doing and how I'm splitting. So, I'm just going to do that for a while, I think, before I before I take any further action.
