I it's annoying because I just saw someone mention that hey I'm deaf and I'm wondering if steam commander's theme tools are better, I think the steam tools is the better option because steam command is kind of finicky and like you need to know sort of what you're doing it like it's way easier to install it with the steam tools I assume but if you don't have access to that then steam command is the way to go
