Do you go to the gym? Yes, I am known for sometimes poking my nose into the gym like once or twice a month. If so, what is my workout routine? Uh, so my workout routine has this year been more stringent than ever. Um like I've been kind of keeping to a pushpull, no shortterm I did push pull legs way back when and then mostly coming into like spring this year I've done upper lower upper lower upper lower rest upper lower rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest rest, but this year starting April I did something very crazy in I started a work a routine which was upper lower rest day and then push pull legs rest day. Uh, which sounds fine on paper. That's five days a week. That's five sections. Fine, fair enough. But then on both rest days and on two of my gym days kind of flexibly, I've added boxing as well. So, all of a sudden, I'm down there nine times a week, which oddly has not been annihilating me. It's been working. Maybe I should keep slightly better track of my, you know, bones to see that nothing is actually breaking without me noticing. Uh, but it's been good. And honestly, this year has been, if I dare say so myself, it's been the biggest year by far in by far in terms of how much muscle development I've seen ever. because this year I finally shook the last of my, I'll say it nerves or like nervous, reactions to eating a lot. I've always been a bit like squeamish about eating too much, but now I'm properly bulking, properly willingly eating in a surplus, gaining mass. It's been good. It's been real good.
